MD and Federal law pertaining to purchase, ownership, and carrying firearms.
Perspectives and teachings regarding carrying, self defense, conflict avoidance, and legal situations.
Handgun Qualification License
$150
All MD required content and shooting qualifier to submit to the Maryland State Police Licensing Division for your HQL—the permit to purchase handguns in MD
Includes:
Important safety practices, techniques, and shooting skills.
MD and Federal law pertaining to purchase, ownership, and carrying firearms, and an intro to our concealed carry course
Fingerprinting
$25 per card
Ink and card fingerprinting for applications for out of state permits, and ATF Form 1 and Form 4 applications
